The fundraising philosophy of MAPCDS is to encourage broad-based participation among the school’s families and friends in a spirit of personal generosity.

Tuition at New York City independent schools does not cover the full cost of each child’s education. At MAPCDS, the Annual Fund helps us bridge the gap between tuition and expenses.

Current and alumni families participate generously in our fundraising efforts. We also rely on donations which corporations and neighborhood friends make in recognition of the value we have been providing to the community for over 70 years.

Every gift makes a difference and directly impacts the children’s school experience.

Participation in the Annual Fund Appeal demonstrates support of the school and enables us to meet mission-critical goals including advancing our faculty’s professional development and providing tuition assistance to families.

MAPCDS is grateful for all donations and values each gift. We encourage participation at any level.

If making a donation at another point in the year is more convenient for your family, we invite you to make a pledge. Pledges made to the Annual Fund are payable any time before June 30th of the school year, at once or through multiple installments. Please click the Make a Pledge button above to commit to supporting the Fund this year.

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Many companies offer matching gift programs to maximize your contribution. If applicable, please submit your employer’s matching gift form to the school for completion.
